USE
The machine adapts to integrative task of multi-working procedure of the automatic edge division, gluing and pounding of joint of the material of PVC, PU leather, natural leather, synthetic leather and cloth material for shoes upper, luggages and cell phone cases and all kinds of leather products. The machine can improve the work efficiency, reduce working procedure, and do not damage the material and other advantages.
CHARACTERS
1.Adopt touch pattern control panel, numerical indication of melt glue temperature, outflow glue quantity and outflow glue
temperature, infinitely variable speed adjustment of outflow glue quantity.
2.The machine adopts the gluing system of two pumps, which makes the quantity of outflow from left glue head and right gluing head can be adjust separately.
3.The dual protection by light resistance and parameter of machine working controls outflow glue quantity, which makes the outflow glue steadily and the speed optional.
4.Adopt the automatic gelatinization, edge division, pounding integrative of hot-melt adhesive glue, which save the time of gluing raw rubber latex, power glue and heating time, also accordance with environment protection.
5.With the automatic electronic locating of servo motor, it can save 40% energy and electricity.
