The electrical system adopts Siemens system, language and 80 sets of shoe-shaped memory storage.
Two independent brush pens and programmable gluing paths on the screen can be applied to any shoes toes: point round square toes or asymmetric toes
The gluing system will automatically shut down to prevent glue leakage, When the glue pen is in a non-working state.
The inner support can be second section, and the rising position and speed can be programmed.
The five-point hydraulic Teflon tensioner can adjust different pressures and make the lasting lines more solid.
Quick disassembly and assembly of the first three pincer , and replacement only a few seconds.
Open, close, pull down and slide of pincer can be programmed
Pincer plate contour zoom and angle adjustment design .The second and third sets of pincer can be rotated to adjust the position of pincer plate according to the width of different shoe shape. Saving times to adjusting the arrangement of pincer during shoe last replacement and ensuring the fit between shoe upper clamping and shoe last shape.
- The pressing head is specially designed for secondary pressing and programmable design, which greatly improves the pressing effect.
Wiper stroke can be programmed. Scissors configured sweeper can remove excess leather when making point shape shoes.
