1.The molding machine is suitable for outsole bonding or vamp and outsole laminating of leisure shoes and various sports shoes.
The hydraulic oil is injected into the cylinder sleeve, the expansion rubber sheet is extruded by the pressure, and the principle of expansion and compression is used to achieve the purpose of the all-directional extrusion, so as to make the laminating perfect. The processing shoes put in the round hydraulic cylinder sleeve and compress moulding, easy operation, the durability of each rubber sheets is up to three hundred thousand, it is one of the major breakthroughs in shoe molding machine. This machine is placed on the molding line will replace the wall press machine, put on the outsole process line will replace the wall press machine and hydraulic press. Put in the development room, the machine can press the outsole and do the shoe molding at the same time.
