10. A clamping device for hollow shoes
Special functions:
* The machine is equipped with hollow shoes positioning system, which can switch with the pull-down system.
* Adjustment of hollow positioning system: The height of the clamp is the same as that of the lower surface of the aluminum die.
Attention should be paid to the distance between the clamp of the cold die part and the sole of the aluminium die to keep the thickness of the shoe upper, not too big or too small. If the gap is too small, the upper will drag. If the gap is too large, the broom will be inserted between the positioning device and the aluminum mould, which may damage the clamping device. When the clamping device is not used, it can be adjusted to the lowest position and retracted to reduce friction with the broom. The closer the hot die part is to the bottom of the aluminium die, the easier it is to clamp and locate.
