This machine is suitable for lasting the shoes with general and soft midsoles and with the heels at the height less than 180mm.
Positioning rod is equipped the height micro-adjustment structure, which makes the height of shoe lasting adjustment easily and accurately to position.
We have full sizes of wipers and toe forming bands which were wrapped by chain to fit any shape of shoes for the best result.
Auxiliary supporter adopts gears, gear racks and ratchets, quick and accurate to adjust the height.
The second time pressing of last supporter is designed to work with the wiper preheat device to keep heel smoothly and no angles,increasing the lasting result to upgrade the shoe quality. it makes the lasting are as smoothly increases the lasting result, and upgrades the quality of shoes.
This machine has automatic gluing function, which can save manual brushing time and improve production
