INSTRUCTIONS
1.The hot melt film will produce high temperature during the batch cutting process, which will cause the hot melt glue to partially melt and stick to the round knife and the feeding wheel. The machine is equipped with a liquid spray atomizing device on the above components to avoid this phenomenon.
2.To use the oil spray atomization device, turn on the air source switch before turning on the machine, turn the pressure adjustment knob to adjust the air pressure to less than 0.2 Mpa, and adjust the copper-colored flat-shaped knob to make the atomized oil spray out.
3.Watch the liquid spray situation of the upper knife nozzle, the knife inner nozzle and the feed wheel nozzle. The spray size is adjusted by the air flow valve. It is most suitable to adjust the flow rate and not stick to the knife.After turning on the machine, it is best to have a slightly larger oil output, which can be adjusted to not stick to the knife when cutting.
4.If there is hot melt on the knife edge, use a flat-head screwdriver to lightly lean on the knife edge and make the hot melt scraped off.and increase the oil output after that.
5.The gap between the presser foot and the round knife: adjust to 0.6-0.8m for thinner materials, and adjust to 1.5mm for thicker shoe materials.
6.It is recommended to use special environmentally friendly lubricating coolant for this machine.
7.If there is no lubricating oil and coolant spraying out, check whether the air pressure is normal, and observe whether there is oil on the level gauge. If not, please fill it in time. Refuel the pot at a constant speed.
