2. This line adopts RFID identification system, which can produce orders of five different categories at the same time. After accurate identification, it will send signals to the robot arm to realize different shoemaking processes, such as glue
spraying and treatment agent spraying.
3. The shoe last adopts AGV automatic round-trip transportation to meet the on-site production demand and supply the shoe last turnover in time.
4. Environmental protection, energy saving of more than 20%, labor saving of more than 20 people and efficiency improvement of 40%.
5. Share the operation status of MES in real time;
6. The production line can be expanded to include automatic programming of outsole visual recognition and synchronous spraying of treatment agent and glue on the upper.
